Gratitude

Happy Thanksgiving!
Today is the day when people all across the USA will give thanks, or gratitude, for what they have. This seems really wonderful, but the only problem is that this is the ONLY day people really give thanks. According to Swamiji every minute of your life should be lived in Gratitude. This gratitude is not just constantly saying "i am grateful for ____________" (fill in the blank) but constantly feeling gratitude all the time. In your body, in your mind. Now I can't write here that I do it all the time, that would be an untruth. But I have been working on feeling constant gratitude. There was one point during the time i traveled for one week in India, with the group of people I did the three month program with. I experienced that. That constant gratitude all the time, and it was honestly a wonderful feeling. a) I was in Bliss all the time. b) Even when something went wrong it seemed that even though something was wrong in the moment it would all be OK, great really later on. And it made that one bad moment good. It was just for about seven days, and then I started forgetting how to do it, I don't know how that works, you can just forget. But it is definitely something something to strive for.So that's about all I got for today. The moral? I'm sure you already know! Live in Gratitude!!!
