Part two

11:58 pm: This is what I what I want to do with my life. Well I'm not exactly sure what... Ok. So I got to the place where the photoshoot for the movie posted was taking place by a true miracle. My taxi driver had almost brought me to the place... But there was a train in the way, stopped on the tracks. The building was literally on the other side. Well I texted Kaaladevi of the problem so we are sitting there waiting, and waiting and finally my driver turns around to find a different route, just as a silver car pulls up clearly trying to go the same way. Well the driver puts the window and it's Kaaladevi! So I pay my taxi fare and get in with her, and eventually we get to the studio, and set up her station in the hair and makeup trailer. So I met the other hair and makeup people and we waited around and got briefed on the schedule, and then Dakota (Fanning) showed up and I was introduced and she sat down to get ready. She was super nice, and we talked a bit about food, and hobbies, and college, and high school. The photographers showed up at some point and talked things over, and then I met the head one, who was from London and invited me to watch the shoot if I wished. Then I went into the studio to get some food, these events have caterers, and I got some (it was amazing by the way), then went back to the trailer and Kevin Kline was seated in his chair and getting his makeup done, and so the introductions happened again and I shyly hung back, watching the processes. After a while Dakota left and I ended up having a long conversation with Kevin about literature, and music, and photography, and the New York Times op-Ed page. It was so amazing. The best day. More later. Got to sleep now.
